Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Trippy Hunt Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We Only Ship Within the United Kingdom

Please do not try to use a mail forwarding service to ship outside of United Kingdom as your package will 100% be intercepted.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Delivery Providers

We use Royal Mail or XPO Logistics to ship your order and we are not liable for:

  • mistakes made by delivery companies
  • wrong address given by customers
  • damage to order by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • stolen packages after delivery

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping & handling charge for orders under £200 is £25, for orders of £200 and over, we ship for free withonline!! A tax charge of £5 will be applied for all orders. Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.

Shipment Destinations and P.O. boxes

Trippy Hunt only ships to addresses withonline, including P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2pm GMT will only be processed the following business day.

Damages

Trippy Hunt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
