Who is eligible to use your site?

Is it safe to order magic mushrooms and mushroom products online?

It’s very safe! The packages are covered by the shipping and delivery Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere with the delivery of your mail unless it’s considered a threat to national security. With our experience shipping thousands of orders, there has never been a single incident of our customers getting into trouble with the law for buying mushroom products online.

I sent payment and proof of age. What’s next?

Please allow some time for us to receive payment and prepare your order. You will receive a tracking number in the email provided once your order is shipped. Usually within one business day.

I didn’t receive an email.
Frequently our emails go to spam. Please check there and please add us to your safe sender list so you are sure to receive messages regarding your package. If you don’t know how to do that please do a web search for “how to whitelist emails on ____(your service provider…Gmail, yahoo, etc.)

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment by Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) or PayPal.

Is it going to say something about Dose mushrooms on my PayPal statement?

No, for privacy we will appear on your statement as “Everything”. This is why we only accept “Friends & Family” with PayPal. Please keep that in mind when you are reviewing purchases on your statement.

Why am I paying taxes?

Please allow some time for us to receive payment and prepare your order. You will receive a tracking number in the email provided once your order is shipped. Usually within one business day.

Do you ship internationally?

yes, we ship internationally.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge $25 per order with online, $35 for international shipping  and a tax of $5. Orders over $150 receive free shipping. All orders ship Express.

When will my order be shipped?
We generally send orders made by 2 pm (GMT) out the same day and all other orders the next business day.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We ship via XPO Logistics. Typically this means 1 day for London and major cities. 1-3 days for other locations WORLD WIDE.

**Please keep in mind there could be delays at busy times or due to circumstances out of our control ie: Covid, Insurance, and Customs Seal.

How do you package items?

All products are carefully packaged in vacuum-sealed, smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.

Can you have the delivery person call me when it arrives?

No, we can not make any specific requests to delivery companies. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.

I didn’t give you my unit number and so didn’t receive my package.

As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package. If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.

It’s been X amount of days and I still haven’t received my package.

As delivery companies don’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Sorry, everything goes through the mail. But if you are local that means you’ll see it real soon.
